Beer Cheese Dip is an easy cheesy and creamy dip recipe! A great appetizer to serve up for a party and game day tailgate. Also use as a sauce for nachos and cheese dip for pretzels!
Continue cooking until the sauce is thickening, about 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low.
Add the cheeses and whisk until smooth.
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Adjust seasoning and consistency as desired.
Serve warm.

This sauce will be very thick. If you want it thinner, reduce butter and flour to 2 Tablespoons each.Darker beers tend to be better than lighter beers. Easily keep warm by serving in a small slow cooker over warm setting.Serve with your favorite dunkers like pretzels, chips, and veggies. This sauce is great for nachos!
