Place all of the ingredients in a small food processor. (You can also use a large food processor, or mix by hand in a small bowl).
Pulse until the ingredients are well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Put the seasoned salt in a small jar or empty spice container. Use on your favorite meats, vegetables, and more as you would a salt.
To ensure a truly vegan salt, use cocoa powder without any milk solids.This salt is great on many foods, but is best on beef and pork.It is best to use a small food processor to ensure the blade can reach the ingredients, although a larger one will still work.I love to use jars like this to store the flavored salts in, but you can also use empty spice containers. These jars would fit approximately half of one batch of salt.
