Blueberry Compote

blueberries

lemon juice

(or more if needed for consistency)
Instructions
Put half of the blueberries (1 cup), sugar, lemon juice, and water in a small pot and heat over medium heat.
2 cups blueberries,
¼ cup sugar,
2 teaspoons lemon juice,
3 Tablespoons water
Let cook for 7 minutes.
Add the remaining 1 cup of blueberries and continue cooking 7-10 more minutes until you get the consistency you want.
2 cups blueberries
Remove from heat and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
