These Corned Beef Reuben Sliders are a great way to enjoy corned beef or pastrami in a handheld sandwich recipe. Whether game day, a snack, or dinner, these beef sandwiches will be a hit!
Cut your buns in half lengthwise. Remove the top half and set aside.
12 Hawaiian rolls
Place the bottom half of the buns on a lined baking sheet or in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer the corned beef across the bottom half of the buns in an even layer.
¾ pound corned beef
On top of the beef, layer the sauerkraut.
1 cup sauerkraut
Add the cheese slices across the sauerkraut, covering everything.
6 slices Swiss cheese
Spread the Russian dressing across the top buns and place the top bun layer on top of the sliders.
1 ½ cups Russian dressing
Brush the melted butter across the top of the buns.
3 Tablespoons butter
Sprinkle the caraway seeds across the bun tops.
½ teaspoon caraway seeds
Place the sliders in the oven. Bake at 350℉ for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bun tops are toasted.
Remove the sliders from the oven and dish, and cut to separate. Serve with additional Russian dressing for dunking.
Notes
If you want it saucy, add more dressing to the bottom layer of buns before adding the corned beef.Use more or less of any ingredient as you prefer!Hawaiian rolls are a classic for sliders, but you can use any brand or flavor of slider rolls as desired.
