oil from the jar, or swap for olive oil

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high until oil is imulsified into the dressing and it is well combined.
Season to taste as desired with vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Notes
This dressing is best if used within one week. Store in the refrigerator. Whisk to recombine before using.
