Healthy Lemon Basil Dipping Sauce with Harvest Snaps

A fast and simple dipping sauce, perfect for dunking snacks and appetizers like Harvest Snaps!

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh basil thinly sliced
  • zest of 1 lemon (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Zest the lemon and put the zest in a small bowl.
  • To the small bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt, garlic, fresh basil, lemon juice, and salt. Stir to combine. Season to taste with additional ingredients as desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.


Lemon zest makes for a stronger lemon flavor.  You can skip the zest, or use more lemon juice if desired.  Zest a lemon using a microplane!
This dip tastes best if it has the chance to chill for at least 30 minutes.  This allows the flavors to meld together.
