Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
3 Tablespoons ground cinnamon,
1 Tablespoon ground cardamom,
1 Tablespoon ground ginger,
1 teaspoon ground cloves,
½ teaspoon black pepper
Adjust to taste if desired. Store in an empty spice jar or small jar.
Notes
Make it spicier with 1 teaspoon black pepper instead of 1/2.
