Put all of your ingredients in a small pot.
Heat the pot over medium low heat on the stove.

This glaze has sugar in it which means it will burn if you add it to anything to cook for too long. It is best to add the glaze for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time for it to thicken and caramelize without burning.

Honey Mustard Glaze
Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small pot on the stove over medium low heat.
- Stir to combine and cook until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is starting to simmer, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and use to baste your favorite meat.
