Is Grenadine an Alcohol?

No. It is a syrup.

What is Grenadine?

Grenadine is a flavored syrup that turns drinks either red or pink.

It is made with pomegranate which is a surprise to most as it tends to be considered a cherry flavor.

What Does Grenadine Taste Like?

Overall the flavor is sweet, like other syrups, with a fruity taste but it does not have a traditional strong pomegranate taste, regardless of being made from it.
