- 1 cup frozen spinach (or 2 cups fresh)
- ½ cup artichoke hearts chopped (approximately 6 heart quarters)
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup sour cream or Plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
